What sort of images can you expect to see?  That's a difficult question to answer... photojournalism + fashion, portraiture + landscape, documentary + candid... real people on the most important day of their lives, and genuine emotions shining through.

One thing is clear: these aren't your grandmother's wedding pictures.  (No offense to your grandmother, of course...)

This weekend I had the chance to shoot weddings for two supercool couples…

Christine & Mike had their reception at the gorgeous Aldie Mansion (one of my all-time favorite places to shoot). Someone snapped this photo of me as I was in ‘go’ mode:

Jeannie & Jonathan were married at Mendenhall…

July 23, 2007 - 8:48 am Beth - Isn't it fun getting that rare glimpse of yourself on the job? And even funnier when guests are like "Well that's interesting, I wonder how that photo comes out" with doubt in their voices. Yet the shock completely rocks in the end? HA!

July 31, 2007 - 11:00 am Christine - It was not just a guest taking photo it was the groom Mike! Mike and I were so completely thrilled by Ryan's energy and enthusiasm, Mike wanted to document it!!
