I had a fantastic time shooting Elissa & Brian’s wedding at the end of November. Take a great couple, put them in some amazing venues in a city like Philadelphia, add a tux and a wedding dress plus all of their closest friends and family, and you have the makings for some awesome pictures!
I also want to send huge thanks to Sofia Negron for shooting with me… Sofia is a very talented photographer in Philly and having her along was a lot of fun and really helped put the photography over the top. (Check out her blog for some shots of her in action!)
The ceremony was at the beautiful St. Patrick’s Church.

After which we quickly ran over to Rittenhouse Square for some photos…
It quickly got dark but we managed to finish up with the family and the wedding party, then took Elissa & Brian around a couple of blocks for some night shots. Yes, it was cold!

The reception was at the Ritz Carlton and they had it all decked out for Christmas.

Toast time…

These guys were helping Elissa out with her veil. Normally a bridesmaid’s job, but they got it done.

The sounds of Slippery kept the dance floor pretty much packed all night.
See?

What a great wedding!
