Customer service is one thing I take very seriously… as I interact with clients, past clients, future clients, and friends & family of clients, I try very hard to respond as quickly as possible. Email is often the most effective way to do that, but occasionally the Internet throws a huge curveball and emails get lost.
This week a couple of emails that I sent never reached their destinations… most of the time this is because they inadvertently get filtered into junk mail, for reasons beyond comprehension. Many of you are saying, “These emails are important! How can I make sure that I receive them?!” I’ll tell you what you can do, dear reader… simply add my email address (ryan@ryanestes.com) to your address book or to your “safe senders” list… that will keep them from being filtered to your junk mail box.
