Sometimes it’s not a bad thing when the weatherman is wrong… Saturday turned out to be gorgeous despite the naysayers at the Weather Channel! I spent the day with Andrea and Tim and their families as they tied the knot at the Hyatt Regency at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia. It was great to work with friends again, as Linda Simunov from Perfect Weddings saw that the day ran smoothly, and Bryce York joined me to help make some great images.
Love the details. Pam from Passion for Petals did a bangin’ job.
It didn’t really rain, but it almost did… and I wanted to get an umbrella shot…
Andrea said she wanted lots of pictures of the flower girls and ring bearer… no problem!
The officiant is a friend of Andrea & Tim’s.
I snagged this one as they were walking back to the hotel after our photo session… gotta love real moments!
Tim & Andrea are both wine-lovers, and they had bread plates at every table… how awesome is that?
There were lots of great moments at the reception, but I love these two especially…first, Tim dancing with his mom.
And then Andrea’s family during the traditional Jewish crowning ceremony.
I’ll end with this one. Right before we left, we grabbed the couple for a few quick night shots on the water… I don’t usually go quite this old school with my processing, but I thought this look really worked. Thank you again, Andrea & Tim… I really enjoyed spending this time with you!
